What type of accommodation is available?

The clinic offers two accommodation options: -
1. Self-Catering Cottage
2. Lockable bedroom in a self-catering house (with shared bathroom/kitchen/sitting room facilities)

1. Self-Catering Cottage

This is a bright, modern cottage; located within walking distance to the clinic & Woodbridge Town Centre. The cottage includes;

 • Entrance hall

 • Downstairs bathroom (toilet, sink & shower)

 • Fully-equipped kitchen with: -
      - Washing machine & Tumble dryer
      - Fridge & Freezer
      - Gas hob & Electric oven
      - Microwave
      - Toaster

 • Sitting room with: -
      - TV
      - DVD & Video Players

 • Separate dining area

 • French doors leading onto patio (with table & chairs) & sheltered, south-facing garden with lawn

 • Upstairs bathroom (toilet, sink & shower over bath)

 • 3 bedrooms (2 twin & 1 single) with bed linen provided

 • Central Heating

 • Gas, electric & water included

 • Plenty of parking available at front/side of property

2. Bedroom in a Self-Catering House

A furnished house with similar fittings/appliances as above, but shared with a maximum of two other patients. Each patient has their own lockable ensuite-shower twin, standard twin or single bedroom and shares the bathroom/kitchen/dining/sitting room facilities.
